ClosetKind Terms of Use

ClosetKind is provided by byAlif (Saroar Khandoker, Portugal). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
ClosetKind helps you organize clothing you own and suggests outfits from it. Suggestions are style assistance, not professional advice; you decide what to wear and what to buy.
ClosetKind Plus
ClosetKind Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (€7.99/month or €49.99/year, prices may vary by region) with a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. Plus removes the 40-piece closet limit and includes every new Plus feature as it ships. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
Acceptable use
Use the app only with content you have the right to photograph and store. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, byAlif is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
